    Coach Joe was an awesome online fitness coach. His workouts were organized, shared and updated through an Excel document but now uses in APP. Each exercise came with a video link and the expectation was that as a client would also send him a video executing each move. He would offer affirmations and/or gentle corrections. I loved that his workouts came with warm up sets and stretching. Coach Joe was very personable, knowledgeable and affordable. He is worth the investment as you go through your own fitness journey.
