I've spent time working in physical therapy and athletic settings, which shaped how I think about movement, injury prevention, and training for the long haul — not just the next 12 weeks.

My clients range from CEOs, lawyers, and nurses to small business owners, politicians, busy parents, youth athletes, and seniors. Different goals, different bodies, same approach: figure out what actually fits someone's life, then build from there.
