2. Secure Your Sessions (After Assessment)

Feeling good about the assessment and your plan? Lock in your spot through Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Click HERE for instructions.

3. Activate Your Online Training Portal (For Hybrid/Online Clients Only)

Within 24 hours of your payment, you should receive an email titled “Cityzen In Motion: Welcome to Trainerize.” Tap Create Account, then follow the prompt to download the app on iOS or Android. Setup your profile, add a profile photo, basic stats, and connect any wearables (Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, etc.) so every win syncs automatically.


4. Check out the Free Resources Page & Practice Your “Movement-Hygiene” Routine (While Your Program Is Being Built)

I highly recommend you try the “Movement Hygiene” routine. Use this routine to stay loose while I finish designing and loading your personalized workouts into the app.

5. Kick-Start Your First Workout (Within 48 Hours of Payment)

Your Week 1 sessions with demo videos will appear in Trainerize. We can schedule a 15-minute kick-off call where we tour your dashboard, how to track your progress, and set check-ins. Then… it’s go time!
