Hello, I am Joseph Zen

I’ve been a fitness coach based in Los Angeles since 2015. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people: from CEOs and politicians to youth athletes, busy parents, and my personal favorites - seniors (they’ve always got some great stories).

My approach to health and fitness is simple: this is a long term investment. Your training should fit into your life - not take it over. I’m not a fan of extremes, gimmicks, or fad diets. What’s been proven to work for real people with real lives is simple: practicality and consistency.

Whether you're getting back into fitness after a long break or trying to level up in the midst of a hectic life, I build training and nutrition plans that are practical, personalized, and sustainable.

Fitness isn’t about chasing six-packs or suffering through unrealistic routines. It’s about showing up better - for your work, your family, your future, and most importantly, yourself. I believe in training that improves the way you move, feel, think, and live - on your terms.
