I have always wanted to work with a personal trainer and this past Christmas my brother gifted me several sessions with Coach Joseph. There are many trainers out there and hard to know who is going to be the right fit. Coach Joseph was everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. He was attentive, catered the workouts to my needs and taught me so much. I saw results right away and he changed how I work out and train.
The coaching he provided was very specific to my body and he was able to discern what areas needed improving to create lasting results and foundational strength. After 2 months of working together I was getting comments on how strong I looked and felt like a new person. I felt confident, strong and the six-pack I dreamed of having was finally starting to appear! One day I came to our session having thrown out my back and was experiencing some acute pain. He catered our session to stretches and an easy workout and when we were done, I no longer had any lower back pain. This experience made me realize how knowledgable Joseph is on the mechanics of the body and his keen ability to listen to one's needs. He also has a great sense of humor and inspires me with his healthy meals. I feel very lucky to have him as my trainer and can not recommend him enough.
Joe is the best trainer I've ever worked with. I started working out with him in January, and have lost almost 30 pounds in six months. He keeps things interesting, is super prepared for every session, is fun to hang out with -- funny and kind. He'll push me to my limits, but he's also very cautious to avoid injury (i've never worked out this hard with a trainer and also felt so confident I'm not going to pull something or injure myself). He's knowledgeable about the body and nutrition, and he genuinely cares about your progress. I really love working out with him and would recommend him highly (as long as you don't try to take my session time :) He is the BEST.
Joe has been my personal trainer since May and he’s superb. He has the capacity of structuring workouts to ensure they are challenging, and yet fun. He’s more than just a fitness trainer, he is an educator with endless knowledge on how to strengthen your body and most importantly, your mind. I appreciate his constant checking in to ensure that I’m feeling well after every session. His nonstop reminding to maintain my correct body position has saved me from potential injuries. Joe has helped me improve my upper body strength, balance, and flexibility for my law enforcement physical agility test. I can’t thank him enough for his positive impact on my journey.
Joe is reliable, knowledgeable, and gets you in shape. For many years I did CrossFit and eventually quit, mainly because of knee pain. Joe listened to my needs and taught me how to address my knee and shoulder pain. I am back to lifting weights without pain! With Joe's guidance and training principles, I've been able to slim down and tone up. I have never felt this strong, despite my stressful job. As a trainer, Joe is intuitive and constantly checks-in to learn about my recovery, and as a person, he's a great human to be around.

I met Joe a couple months ago at Matador. He is very knowledgeable about body movement and nutrition and best of all - he really cares about you. He texts me outside of work to see how I am doing and we text back and forth about the diet that I had that day. His work methods are tailored to your body type and your goals. He worked on lots of stretching with weights for me and I can feel for sure that that is what I needed. I haven't met lots of personal trainers but I am pretty certain that he is the best of all. I recommend him 10000%.
